Zesty Witch
(Baileys Chocolate Orange Martini Cocktail)
The melt in your mouth mix of chocolate and orange is nothing short of perfection, but when you add Baileys into the mix, things get even better.
ingredients
50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream, 25ml Triple Sec, 75ml Milk (dairy or soya - for extra yum try half milk, half cream), Chocolate Orange, Chocolate Sauce, Ice.
method
  1. Drizzle some chocolate sauce around your martini glass.
  2. Add ice into your cocktail shaker
  3. Add your Baileys Original Irish Cream, Triple Sec and Milk and shake it baby!
  4. Strain into your cocktail glass.
  5. To garnish grate your chocolate and sprinkle over the top and then add a slice of chocolate orange on top of the glass for extra WOW!
  6. Enjoy!

(Baileys Mint Chocolate Martini Cocktail)
Baileys lover? Mint lover? Match made in heaven. A classic Baileys Original Irish Cream with the added taste of mint chocolate.
ingredients
50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream, 15ml Crème de Menthe, 75ml Milk (dairy or soya-for extra yum try half milk, half cream), Chocolate Sauce, Mint Chocolate, Sprig of Mint
method
  1. Dip your martini glass into chocolate sauce to add a rim of chocolate.
  2. Add ice into your cocktail shaker
  3. Add your Baileys Original Irish Cream, Crème de Menthe and Milk and shake it baby!
  4. Strain into your cocktail glass.
  5. To garnish grate your mint chocolate ov er the top and finish with a sprig of mint!

A perfectly frothy espresso martini cocktail with a twist. Baileys Irish Cream and salted caramel syrup adding extra yum!

50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream, 25ml Fresh Espresso (Cold), 15ml Salted Caramel Syrup, Caramel Syrup, Milk Chocolate, Ice
method
  1. Dip your martini glass into your salted caramel sauce to add a rim of caramel then drizzle some salted caramel sauce around your martini glass for extra WOW
  2. Add ice into your cocktail shaker
  3. Add your Baileys Original Irish Cream, Fresh Espresso, and Salted caramel Syrup
  4. Shake it baby!
  5. Strain into your cocktail glass
  6. To garnish grate your milk chocolate over the top

50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream, 25ml Fresh Espresso (Cold), 25ml Smirnoff Vodka, 3 Coffee Beans to garnish, Chocolate Sauce, Crushed Biscuits, Ice
method
  1. Dip your martini glass into chocolate sauce and then dip this into your crushed biscuits for extra WOW.
  2. Add ice into your cocktail shaker
  3. Then add your Baileys Original, Smirnoff Vodka and Fresh Espresso.
  4. Shake it baby and then strain into your cocktail glass
  5. Garnish with 3 coffee beans and serve!
